“Barrier would not open for entry or exit. Help button pressed on both occasions but not answered for several minutes. Operatives inaudible and weren’t interested in my reference number- so why give me one?! No explanations given and after several minutes barrier lifted. Long queues behind me, felt I’d done something wrong which I hadn’t! V poor service !”
“Easy to find if you follow the signs and only a short walk from the terminal. The service was great. Number plate recognition makes it easy to enter and the return pick up is linked to your flight landing so very secure. Would definitely recommend but have just one tip that should be put on the website.
When you've had a long flight and just want to get home there is one think you could overlook. Check that your number plate is clean and frost free! Ours was iced over so didn't get 'read' on first attempt to exit. It's the last thing on your mind and a small detail but if your cars been open to the elements we would recommend that you check it's clean and readable. Speaker at exit point wasn't working and no one about to check with but problem quickly solved. Overall a great alternative to expensive courier fees”

“Directions to car park are not correct- they direct you to turn right at roundabout then right straight after zebra crossing following this caused us to enter the T3 car park leading to a £250 parking fee, luckily this was wiped due the the lady being understanding.”
“I was flying from terminal 3. It is a bit of a walk away but I found it easy to do at 5am in the freezing cold pitch black. Well enough sign posted in my opinion.
Quite expensive for what it is. I preferred to choose this one to save the hassle of handing my keys over and collecting then again.”
