“You need to improve the signage at the car park. We parked on the upper level. There were no signs for the pedestrian exit. We found a staircase and carried our cases down. We returned the same way, and it was only after leaving the car park that we saw a ramped pedestrian exit. It should have been signposted. Similarly it was difficult to see the car exit route, leading to frustration. Fortunately there were no other cars leaving at the same time so we're able to go against the direction arrows and head for the gap we saw. We'll know for next time, but you should improve the signs or send a diagram of the carpark showing ramps and exits to new customers.”
“Easy to find and access the car park, and only a few mins walk from the Terminal. Great value and pre-booking took away the stress of organising taxis or trains to get to the airport for early checkin flights.”
“Good price, well signposted and near to terminal 3 if you scout around for a space near exit. However a little too far as I currently use a walking stick and wouldn't have managed on my own. A wheelchair was provided for my return so much better.”
