“Very new large car park that has ANPR entry and exit. Some spaces are under cover, others outside. Good access to terminal 3. Longer walk to terminal 1 so bear this in mind.”
“You need to improve the signage at the car park. We parked on the upper level. There were no signs for the pedestrian exit. We found a staircase and carried our cases down. We returned the same way, and it was only after leaving the car park that we saw a ramped pedestrian exit. It should have been signposted. Similarly it was difficult to see the car exit route, leading to frustration. Fortunately there were no other cars leaving at the same time so we're able to go against the direction arrows and head for the gap we saw. We'll know for next time, but you should improve the signs or send a diagram of the carpark showing ramps and exits to new customers.”
