“Carpark itself fine. Good value and located within walk of T1 and T3. However sign posting to T1 not great on arrival : even a member of staff commented it wasn't easy! In some respects the short shuttle option is easier as it picks you up and drops off exactly where you need to be.”
“We parked here for terminal 2 as it was half the price of the terminal 2 parking. It wasn't very well signposted so we ended up walking a very long way round but it is convenient to park actually at the airport and if you follow the signposts to terminal 3 then take the bridge it isn't too long to walk.”
“Directions weren’t great and it’s quite confusing when you get there. Eventually found the right one with the help of staff. Returned home late because EasyJet cancelled my flight and hit with a £61 charge for 24 hours delay, personally thought that was excessive as the four day charge for parking was £81. For the future I will for mid stay put an extra day on the parking booking.”

I’m sorry to hear the directions were unclear on arrival, although I’m glad our staff were able to help you once you were on site.
In regard to the £61 charge, this is the overstay fee applied when a vehicle remains in the car park beyond the pre-booked return date and time, as outlined in the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
If you require an invoice for the overstay fee in order to submit a claim (for example to your airline or travel insurer), please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
