“Thought i had booked short stay multi story, which i have booked for years, transpired this was mid stay, never heard of this and is a long walk at 1 am in the morning to gte back to the car”
“Struggled to find the car park and parked in T1 park in error which we were directed too by a staff member, and was hen charged an extra £75 despite having pre booked & paid for airport parking.
You had all our relevant payment details. Person we dealt with was unhelpful. Completely spoilt what was our first trip abroad in years.
