“Booked and didn't know if my car would be out of the garage so clicked registration unknown. There are no instructions on what to do in this situation. I had to call for help on the way out, they didn't recognise my booking confirmation number so wouldn't let me out. I'd booked onsite parking to be quicker”
“The stay was very straightforward and easy to get on and off the only problem I would suggest was the number of spaces that were indicated on each floor. I ended up parking on level 7 but all levels up to that said they had more than 20 spaces but there were none available. Spent almost 20mins driving around each level trying to find one of the empties. I would definitely use again.”
