“Entry mistake that wasn’t too clear in paperwork but learnt that need to use the blue lane, recognised number plate on way in and way out when we got correct lane. So close to terminal- 3 min walk”
“Very easy to drive in to, no issues at all.
From level 3 it’s a short walk to terminal.
At arrivals coming home it’s just a lift to your level and then easy to get out.”
“This is a great carpark easy to park in with good size spaces & very good lighting.I have dropped a star as had no trouble entering the carpark but it wouldn't let me out for about 10 mins as wouldn't recognise number plate & I was within my time.I have never had a problem previously though.”
“The current changes to the route to the carpark meant we accidently went into the drop off lane and had no way to get out, so had to pay £5 for the pleasure. The car park then didn't recognise our number plate and gave us a token we thought this might be an extra security feature that even if you break into a car you can't drive away without the token. On our return we had to enter the token and it said we owed over £400, I pressed the help button and a lovely helpful lady asked for my registration and opened the barrier for us. The button could have been more clearly marked as it was late at night and could hardly see it. I really like the car park, where it is based, how easy it is to get into the airport but was not happy this time with the road and number plate recognition errors.”
