“We have used "Park Smart" a number of times but have noticed the "checkin/out procedure has changed,ie you used to get a ticket on entry and present said ticket to machine and leave.The procedure now is drive up to the barrier,camera checks your reg,IF you have pre booked,barrier lifts,NO problem.This time,again we had pre booked but barrier didn't move.Fortunately,you will find a button on the machine to contact a member of staff.”
“Very crowded, lots of driving around to find a space. bit of a walk (5 mins) to terminal. Also very poor signage when trying to find exit.All in all average but adequate.”
“I booked Park Smart the month before flight. The car park is great in terms of position, next to the airport. The problem was that when I pulled up at the barrier for number plate recognition the scanner didn't recognise my number. I pressed the button for help and the operator didn't recognise my confirmation of order number. Luckily he gave me a ticket to enter otherwise I would have had to find alternate parking when the flight take off was getting close. I checked my paperwork later and there was nothing wrong with it that I could see, ie. the number plate was what it is. I give up sometimes”
