“An easy and convenient process for parking which I will certainly use again. My only comment for improvement would be to change your instructions which say that a ticket will be issued on entry which is then put into the exit barrier. No ticket is issued and exit is controlled by ANPR technology which worked fine but it did cause some uncertainty when approaching the exit as to whether the barrier would rise. I will know for future use.”
“Straightforward booking procedure and car park is easy to find. Simple entrance and exit by ANPR cameras. Short and flat walk to the terminal building takes a few minutes, just hope it isn't raining hard as no cover.”
“The price we paid was ok and it is easy to find at the airport BUT my son is a wheelchair user and although it was dark i couldn't see any Blue badge parking on arrival. Obviously i could of missed the sign but the Blue badge parking is generally closest to the entrance and one has to walk passed this to head to the terminal and again i couldn't see any disabled parking.
So eventually we find a parking spot in row 11 which is quite a way in the car park, there was no lighting and pitch Black.
The spaces seem very narrow and with a wheelchair accessible van it was a shunt backwards and forwards to actually park properly and then the vehicles parked adjacent to us were close and it was a squeeze to get out without knocking the car next to you.
On our return at 7pm again pitch Black so Overall albeit close by ish this car park is really not that good.”
“Close to terminal so easy to get too. Car park is very scruffy and not a lot of lighting further up in the higher rows. Cost has gone up considerably this year.”
