“The signs for the car park are a little small, and with the "no stopping van parked" as you approach the main roundabout- it is difficult to spot where to go as a first-time user.
Entry and exit to the car park with the automatic number plate recognition system was faultless.”
“Really good however, my flight was cancelled so I ended up picking my car up 17 hours later than expected. Due to this I was charged extra before leaving the airport. This was totally out of my hands so I am wondering would a refund be given back on the extra I've had to pay?”

However our flight was cancelled on a Sunday and there is no customer support help available on a weekend. As such I had to extend my booking for 2 days (£40). When I attempted to leave the additional charges were only £15. I could have saved myself £25 if someone could have advised me”
