“Great little parking area right by the airport within walking distance. Only problem is this time, we got back to find our wing mirror broken and hanging. I know it says park at your own risk but come on, cars shouldn't even be parked that close”
“The car park itself was fine and was well located to the airport, I was disappointed that the postcode given on the confirmation led straight to the short stay car park at liverpool airport so I had to pay £5 just to drive through.”
“We had to cancel our flight got in touch with Park Smart Liverpool to cancel the parking but they refused a refund so I asked could we be credited with another week's parking, again this was refused. Poor customer relations I will be looking for an alternative company the next time I book parking.”
