“We arrived back from our flight and too the car park on exit there was a queue as your Barriers wouldn’t go up then after about 15 mins waiting your barriers finally came up but stayed up and didn’t give me chance to put my ticket into the machine it was all very confusing and seemed to lack intervention from yourselves”
“Couldn't get out of the Liverpool long stay car park with our pre paid APH ticket. Had to call for assistance to raise the barrier.
At least my car was undamaged unlike the the car I witnessed being damaged at APH Sharston by a APH driver who then gave me a mouthful of abuse for pointing out that she had damaged a parked up car whilst parking another car. Disgraceful.
Never again will I use APH again after 30+ times parking at Sharston Manchester.”
