“Rude staff on desk. Another staff member said it was because they were short staffed. Not the customers fault. Food not replenished. Staff on phones giggling behind the counter. Just a third rate experience. I’ve used other airport lounges but this one is extremely poor.”
“Easy to book through APH, although spaces were limited on a Friday morning compared to the return on Sunday. 2minute walk to the terminal, very convenient”
“The signage within this car park is terrible. There is no indication on the signs to show in which zone there are vacant parking spaces. I spent ten minutes touring the car park before finding a vacant space. Unacceptable.”
