“Although I booked online I had trouble getting into and out of the car park as they could not find my booking. However, when I called they eventually let me through both ways and as the car park is conveniently located I would use them again.”
“The locality to the airport terminal is excellent and only a short walk which means when returning, you can get away quickly which is very convenient. My only critique is that parking bay was a little narrow which poses the risk of bumps to paintwork is car is not taken getting in/out of the vehicle. I am a 6ft man and it was a tight manoeuvre getting in/out without bumping the car next to me.
Some spaces which were already occupied appeared wider than the space I had so I guess it’s a case of pot luck”
“On arrival home we found blue plastic covering the drivers window, on getting to the exit we used the button to speak to someone, as our first thought was it had been brocken. I have to say the colleague who came on the phone explained that the security team identifies that we'd left the window down and covering an open window with blue plastic was standard procedure. It's the first time ever that we'd left the car insecure and I was relieved and happy with how the aph colleague explained the situation and calmed us down. Thank you every so much”
