“It was very convenient, easy to find and only a 5 minute walk to the terminal. I would have given it 5 stars. However our flight was delayed by 12 hours. We were charged £15 for the 12 hour delay in collecting our car. That was 18% of the charge for 2 weeks parking. There was a lack of information on what we should do when collecting our car when a flight was delayed. We couldn't find the pay machines either.”
