“I had no issues parking my car or collecting it, but it wasn't what I expected and wouldn't have booked it if I had known. I have booked with APH previously at Birmingham and Manchester (several times for each) and was expecting a similar, professional set-up. I wasn't expecting a small lock-up on a busy industrial estate. I'm not convinced that my car stayed within the lock up all that time as there were lines of cars in front of mine boxed in, and when I came to collect it was parked outside another industrial unit boxed in by a whole load of other cars. Whilst APH offers a competitive service, I did expect more from them. There wasn't anything to identify it as an APH carpark. After reading other reviews on it (after I returned from holiday), I was a little concerned that the key label had my reg number on one side, and 'taxi' on the other! (Although I will say there wasn't any sign of the car being misused). There also wasn't a shuttle, but I was expecting a walk in any case. The positives - within walking distance of the airport, slightly cheaper than the main long stay parking, I had no issues with the car or collecting. Negatives - not the professional parking I was expecting, no guarantee that the car remained in the secure lock up, lots of bad reviews out there which I didn't see before booking as I was looking at APH as a company, and not Imagine Car Parking. Would I book again - unlikely. I'm not saying there aren't people out there who have happily booked it, and will continue to book it, but do your research so you know what you are getting in advance.”
“Greeted by friendly staff at reception on drop off and pick up. Very quick process both times too and he pointed out my car ready in an easy position, but offered he could get it out of its parking space too if I wanted.”
