“We booked parking for 0700 on a Sunday morning and arrived a few minutes early to find the doors closed and nobody about. I banged on the door, and called out, but there was no answer, then checked nearby buildings to no avail. As it was now 07.10, and we needed to check in at the airport, we started to drive away to see if we could find parking elsewhere. It was then that we suddenly noticed that the roller door of the building had been partly opened. There was no minibus to take us to the terminal, but the man who booked us in said he would drop us off in our own car on payment of the £5 charge to enter the airport's official drop-off zone. It was a stressful experience and we couldn't help compare it with the fast, efficient and friendly t service we receive from APH when we fly from Manchester.”
“An excellent place to leave your car. I have used them before , there is easy drop off and collection a very short walk from the airport. The staff are friendly and there was no with my car.”

“on the day of departure, there was no transfer available to the airport...on the day of arrival, there was no transfer available from the airport back to the vehicle...and this despite being in the middle of a horrendous thunderstorm where we had to walk back to our vehicle in torrential rain and one of our party recently having two replacement knees and myself suffering with angina...would not use ever again and all this despite being reassured that there was transport available”
