The lights were on and the window open with what sounded like a radio playing but no member of staff there. After hammering and banging on the door for half an hour a guy casually strolls back into the industrial estate with no apologies. Grumpily opens the office door then disappeared again for what seems like a ages to get our key. Avoid at all costs”
“The car park is right near the airport and it only took me about 5 mins to walk to the front of the airport doors but there is a bus option if you have lots of luggage. I picked it as to me, it was very good value for the length that I needed to have my van parked for.”
“Staff on drop off and collection unfriendly to the point of being rude. No transfer from there to airport, not that far, but not great with suitcases. You leave the keys with them, unwilling to verify condition of your car at drop off, which I was concerned about as cars parked outside very close together. I have heard of contactless transactions, well on collection I was treated to a “communication less” contact, whole thing dealt with a nod and a point. Rather pay £6 more than I did to park car up myself in an end spot, take the keys with me and collect from same place. That would be contactless and communication-less got a justifiable reason.”
