“I was a bit concerned about parking here after reading a few very bad reviews but I found it to be fine - no waiting around, courteous greeting on arrival, car hardly moved at all while I was away and the parking is very close to the terminal. We did try to phone them from the terminal and didn't manage to get through but that wasn't a big problem as the car was there waiting for us anyway.”
“We dropped our car off in an undercover large building. Little did we know it would be driven away afterwards to a car park several miles away and then driven back. When we collected our car we noticed a dent in the passenger side door. Apparently they take no responsibility for this. We have been quoted £400 to get this fixed. This is completely unacceptable. If I could add a picture right now I would but I would never recommended this company again and looking back on other reviews I think it is about time APH dropped Imagine as a third party to keep our cars (in their safe secure carpark) the reviews are awful. would never recommended to anyone.”
