“Would definitely recommend, we use them every time we fly from Liverpool.
Easy process, just drop and go and they always have the car ready to just drive away when we get back.

“Got to the car and the tyre was completely flat. Car was parked in an outdoor car park away from site which we were told was not Imagine's land by a shop owner. Would not recommend.”

“The ride element of the service wasn't working on arrival. I am disabled so really really needed notice that was not going to be available to book somewhere else! I was then told the advertised as free disabled car collection service was an aditional £5 again if they had the staff to do it! I thought I had booked indoor parking. I return only to fine that wasn't the case and I apparantly hadn't paid for that! Therehad been a massive sand storm and my car was filthy. It was also blocked in by another car so I had to wait for that one to be moved. The walking times ro and from the ariport are also not accurate. The staff weren't really helpful, friendly nor interested in my corncerns. Like I said I am disabled and also had 2 older members of my party and a toddler of pram age. The main selling points of the company were just not there!”
