“I booked a stay from 9th to 17th October on arrival I was informed that we would be dropped off by using my own vehicle and would need to pay £5 entrance fee which I did my booking form was signed by the driver.Iwas told to phone the office on return.when I returned I was told I had not booked meet & greet and would have to wait 35 minutes for a pick up.My wife had a fractured shoulder and we had to cart our luggage to the park at 12.00pm. No one had told me I should have booked meet & greet,in addition my car radio had been altered to Capital Liverpool channel.I ask on whose authority?”
“I placed all the information required for the 2 days I needed to use the car park. When I received the confirmation email for the booking I noticed the dates were wrong (although I inputted the correct dates). I clicked on the link to change details & inputed the correct dates. I then found I would need to pay an extra £40 to change the dates. I decided to cut my losses and booked with another company that were excellent. I would not recommend imagine park & ride Liverpool.”
