“Directions given to find parking were ambiguous. It is not possible to turn back at the roundabout before the airport. The only exit, the other being no entry, leads to the airport parking which unfortunately cost me a parking fee. After that, I did find your parking satisfactory and probably would use again”
“Disorganised set up at Liverpool - car returned with outside filthy and damaged - looked as though been parked in a muddy field, even a snail on bottom of one door ? I’ve contacted APH and have sent photos (and have more). When car returned to airport collect place driver asked name handed keys over and ran off to his lift !!”
“I have used Imagine near enough every time I fly from Liverpool airport and am booked there again soon. I parked my car indoors and on return it was outside waiting for collection. The only negative was that my driving seat had been altered that much I struggled to get in the car as it was close to the steering wheel and raised a lot higher- why?”
“Everything was fine. After reading other reviews we were a little apprehensive. The guys there were friendly, we timed the walk to the terminal and it was 4 minutes (we are quite fast walkers though) and when we got back the car was waiting for us with just 4 additional miles on the clock. This is to be expected as they move it to another location while your away, which is about 2 miles away.”
