It was dark when I returned and I was on my own. The guy I dealt with went and got my car and drove it to reception for me.”
“They should make clear on the website that they no longer offer a shuttle bus service to and from the airport. We were given 2 numbers to call when our flight landed and told someone would come and collect us. One number was disconnected and the other rang out constantly with no answer. It left us with no option but to walk to the carpark which was very difficult as we had excessive oversize luggage and poor health. When we arrived at the carpark we were told there must be a problem with the phone lines but they no longer off the shuttle service anyway so would not have collected us. It could be a good service for someone with small luggage who was fit and able bodied...BUT....it should be made clear when booking that THERE IS NO SHUTTLE AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WALK. if I had known that I would not have booked with them in the first place.”
