“Drop off via an indoor industrial unit, quick attendance and easy drop for keys and paperwork. Once I had departed on my trip, I received notification that my car had been moved to an offsite location at the old aircraft museum. My car was left unlocked at this location. I locked my vehicle remotely to ensure it was secure whilst away. On return, vehicle was parked on double yellow lines within a public access industrial estate near the drop off location. Personally wouldn't use them again.”
“This was our 2nd time using Imagine Park &Ride, the 1st time was a little hard to follow directions! Obviously the 2nd time was easier. Nice guys who you hand keys to and very friendly. Would use again definitely”

“We have used APH park and ride for many many years with no problems whatsoever, everything is always as it should be, parking, reception and all the staff.
Arrived at Imagine in Liverpool, left the keys with reception [ for some reason my wife took the mileage reading]. We arrived back to collect the car, checked the mileage and for some unknown reason there was 6 miles additional on the tripometer, surely this is not acceptable. On reading the small print 'terms and conditions' states 'vehicles may be moved to our local manned offsite compound', anything could have happened to the car, bad driving, speeding, etc.
Can you please confirm if this is acceptable with APH, I would appreciate a reply if possible please.

“Excellent parking facility just a short walk to the airport, no hassle checking car in just parked in very clean warehouse handed in keys and checked paper work and we was on our way.
On collecting the car the car was outside waiting for us, reception checked paperwork and handed us the key.”
“The place is not as described. It states secure airport parking however they move your car to a public car park by a gym around a mile and half away for the duration. I know this as tracked vehicle location. Trust pilot shows more accurate ratings then APH reviews and disappointed APH use these and show 8.2 rating as completely against what you are advertising paying for.”
