The administration in dropping the car off was effortless and the collection of the car was equally without effort. I waited no longer than 10 minutes for my car to be returned. My only development feedback would be to improve signage to find the correct location, we did lose some minutes with confusion but once we found the correct location we were away!”
“We have gone meet and greet before at other airports, however at Heathrow this service was extremely chaotic we and other vehicles drove round the car park not knowing where to go or park. It was not clear where to park or where to meet our meet and greet person. I had to go and find him while my husband kept on driving round because you could not stop it was far to busy to stop. Unfortunately we will not be using this service at Heathrow again”
