“Driver side full of mud and I have 1 sneakers and 1 Mars bars in the car which is gone. I do not recommend this MBW meet and Greet Heathrow please avoid not reliable at all.”

“Largely straightforward to find the drop off point , but a couple of signs directing the way to APH on level 4 wouldn’t be a bad idea.

“Really easy. Drive up, give them a call and hand over your key. The staff are not massively polite, don't expect a luxury experience! Car came back with no bumps, scrapes or issues.”
“Two cars were booked, called half an hour before arrival to be told abruptly there was no record of our booking, on arrival a gentleman sorted the problem. On arrival on return we were given a ticket to open the exit barrier, both tickets didn’t work which caused chaos with traffic, took in total 25 min for the barrier to let us out as we were told the parking hadn’t been paid . Not what we were expecting after an amazing holiday, we will not be using MBW again.”
“Dropping the car off for our outbound flight was hassle free and a quick process. However, collecting it after our return flight was a little annoying as we were quoted 15 minutes and it took 25-30 to get the car back. I know it’s not a great deal more but when you’ve been travelling for 18+ hours and are jet lagged, every second counts!! I would still recommend MBW as that’s just a small niggle, nothing more.”
