“Despite following instructions, no MBW person was available at the airport upon arrival and it took 20 minutes for someone to turn up. The other Meet & Greet companies said this happened a lot. Finally when someone turned up they blamed me for not communicating until I pointed out that I would have communicated with them had they answered their phone. I then had to pay for my own parking ticket before MBW would accept my keys.
In contrast the return collection of my car was seamless and is why I've improved the rating to 2 stars.
MBW may be cheaper than the other Meet & Greet companies, but I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.”

Was unsure and apprehensive what to expect for first time usage, getting to the car park was the hardest bit.
On arrival, it's simply just a stand with other providers by the lifts.
Friendly and clear on the desk.
Drop your car, leave your key and sign the paper.
Logged 11miles for transfer back and fore to pick up.
Follow the instructions on the welcome email. I mistakenly tried getting into the short stay car park and the barrier didn't lift.. was absolutely fine going to the airport off site/drop and go lane.
Flight was late returning, so when called through at luggage they had already brought my car back!

“great experience. was my first time using this sort of service and it worked very well. A wait of about 10 minutes on drop off and 15 on arrival. Didn't matter because you're right next to the terminal (terminal 4 heathrow).
