“I’ve used MBW several times now as the service has usually been good. However, this last occasion was poor, I had to wait 45 mins for my car to be returned after an overnight flight despite being told it would be a maximum of 15-20 mins. I was stood waiting for my car and it wasn’t overly busy, I twice called for updates to be told the traffic was busy.
I pay for meet and greet so I don’t have a lengthy wait when I return and expect my car to be ready, unfortunately the service from MBW is declining so I will use another company.”
