I either never have to wait to pick up my car or never wait for long. Last but not least I am 100% confident that my car is secure with them.”
“Incoming instructions difficult to follow, began on 3rd floor and had to phone for assistance. the rep came down to help and took over the problem. Was handed a ticket for £6 - I thought the sum I had prepaid included everything. Upon return. car handover was fine, but at the exit barrier I was refused exit, I was requested to pay £9-10. I had to phone the rep, who managed to get the machine to allow me to exit.
