“Arrived to no staff, phone not answered. When staff did arrive they were rude and off hand. On return phone staff helpful. Ground staff surly and monosyllabic. A more unhelpful and unfriendly service you could not receive.”
“Really poor. You insist your customers ring you after they've collected luggage and completed passport control yet it still took another 25 minutes to return my car. We had two young children who were exhausted and waiting in the car park. I'm confused why it took so long and why it couldn't be waiting. I will not use your services again. Meet and greet should mean you're 'greeted' with your car.”
