“In principle the service was very good. My only issue is that the instructions for arrival were not clear and at no point on the map and directions section did it say to go to level four of the short stay car park. It just said 'Exit the tunnel and follow signs for the short stay car park'.
Upon arriving at the short stay carpark the signs were lacking and confusing and we headed through the barrier on the first level where it said meet and greet. A staff member then explained when we showed our confirmation that MBW were located on the fourth level. This mistake incurred a parking charge as we had gone through the barrier on level 1 and we had to pay a parking fee of £16.60.
This could have been avoided if it had been mentioned on the arrival instruction to head to level 4.
Apart from that the staff were very friendly and efficient and we were pleased with the service.”

“All very good. Perhaps the directions for LHR T3 could be a little better a. The instructions are "Head to Level 4 Off Airport Parking and park in either row A or B", this is all good but Row A and B are about 100 meters long. Maybe a few banners for a visual reference as an idea.”
