“The service was very efficient from dropping off the car to picking it up on our return. I was a little annoyed that I had to pay an additional amount because I arrived slightly early. It's very difficult to get the exact time of arrival when you are travelling over 150 miles to the airport and having to deal with the M25 etc.”
