“Expensive, but good service. Difficult to find car drop-off point in the T5 car park for Departures. Good instructions to get to the car pick-up area on Arrivals. Smooth pick-up, quickly back on the M25 heading for home. Just one thing to check: driving position on car pick-up: the drivers will have changed mirror settings, seating position, climate-control settings, headlight settings, everything - check and adjust everything before driving away. Recommended.”
“I have deliberately marked down the review and the recommnedation because on exit from T5 at Heathrow, there was a £9 surcharge on the exit ticket. I arrived to pick up the car on time, and without any delay, and this was plain wrong. I've used MBW previously and been very happy but I am very disappointed with this.”
