“Very easy to book and also very easy to find the hotel from the directions given on the booking confirmation. The hotel staff are very polite and efficient.
Our room was very clean, comfortable and warm.
We also had a meal in the restaurant which was very good, reasonably priced and the service was excellent.
It's very well placed for Heathrow Park and Ride which was also very easy to use and we arrived in perfect time for our flight.
We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.”

“We booked a twin room and on arrival the receptionist was confused by our arrival despite handing our confirmation over. APH had not advised them of our arrival and then when they delved further they didn’t know about us. They couldn’t refuse our stay as we had our booking paperwork but unfortunately for us the only option was a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. This wasn’t suitable as my 25 year old son was too tall/heavy for sofa bed, which was also dirty and very uncomfortable so he had the bed and I attempted sleep on the sofa. Reception weren’t very helpful and merely offered us a drink at the bar. We booked the hotel so we could get a good night sleep before an early morning flight. It was wasted money as I didn’t sleep at all and when we checked out I explained once again. Shrugged shoulders and ‘sorry but it wasn’t our fault, if APH had informed us of your stay you would have had the correct t room type”
