“I followed the instructions and found the location easily. All was as described, with frequent transfers to and from Terminal Five. The service was efficient, however I did not find the staff friendly or helpful. On return my car was absolutely filthy - I could hardly see out of the windows and had to find water and a cloth to clean them before I drove home. Perhaps you should provide a complimentry cloth and a cleaning product so that customers can proceed safely on their way. Because of the dirty state of my car on return, I would definately not recommend to a friend.”
