I had a flat battery when I went to pick the car up but their foreman came out and jump-started the car for me with no problems”
“It is not made clear that the car will not be parked in the compound where you dropped it off. Goodness knows where it was taken. It had been driven off site 1.6 miles each way. It had been driven with great speed on the return (I can check on the history log) All the mirrors where moved and the electric seat had been adjusted for a very small person. This should have been made aware off on my return. My car was not available when I returned. Blocked in by several cars.
If I could give zero stars I would. Not the type of parking that the RAC should recommend. The only good thing is the short trip to T5.”
