“Upon dropping car off I was initially pleased. On return, the car was absolutely filthy, not where I left it and had 2 damaged alloys. Luckily i took a video of all round the car and the milage before I handed the keys over. Emailed head office, chose to ignore me. Still waiting for a response. Poor service.”
“Sat nav took me in the opposite direction on Bath Road, so make sure you read the direction instructions issued by the company.

“I’m always very sceptical when it comes to independent park and ride services. You hear such horror stories… not here.
Very easy and seamless process. Easily found the drop off. Intake took c3 minutes. Transfer to Heathrow left c10 minutes later. And on return pretty much the same in reverse.
Highly recommended.”
