“Had to wait over 40 minutes for a pick up from Terminal 3. Phoned after 30 minutes, the guy I spoke to was no help, didn't care.
When I did pick up my car, I walked to it and it was blocked in. Joke company.”
“Drop off was easy and the car park felt very secure. However, on return to T2 there was a long wait for the bus to collect us. After 25 mins I range them and they said the bus was already on it's way, it arrived 10 mins later. This was on a Sunday at midday and there were many other customers waiting too (some for longer than me). This was the only disppointing issue with the service, otherwise I think they are good value for money”
