“Would recommend, have used Maple Parking a few times. In the past I have avoided the ULEZ charge from following careful directions in the email but on a recent occasion got hit for the £90 charge so not sure if the policy has changed ?! Would still use them again.”
“Easy to find location. Relatively seamless to check in and get to T3.
Return worked well. Car was ready, even though we were an hour or so earlier than expected. Waiting time for bus was under 10 minutes.

“We used terminal 5 which Maple also have a direct bus to. Maple was easy to find using the directions supplied from M25. Drop off easy and short 5 min wait for bus. On return waited 6min for bus , collected key easily and car was near reception. Staff in reception and on transfer busses very polite and helpful. Easy to exit using barrier code and reverse direction back to M25. Would definitely use again for terminal 5.
