The check in process was straight forward and the staff were polite.
However, we were offered no assistance with getting our luggage on the bus despite it being obvious we were struggling to lift the large cases into the relevant storage despite expressing our concerns.
We found the bus staff rather rude and ignorant and this was the same on our return trip.
Rather disappointing and would expect a better level of service and assistance offered.”
