“We used terminal 5 which Maple also have a direct bus to. Maple was easy to find using the directions supplied from M25. Drop off easy and short 5 min wait for bus. On return waited 6min for bus , collected key easily and car was near reception. Staff in reception and on transfer busses very polite and helpful. Easy to exit using barrier code and reverse direction back to M25. Would definitely use again for terminal 5.

“The ride on the bus to and from T3 was very quick and efficient as was the car drop-off and collection. One minor issue is finding the site! Instructions are given about coming from the M25/M4 and at some point not following the satnav to get to the entrance. However I was coming from an overnight stay in Staines and found the Instructions confusing. When I found the site the entrance sign is not very big and I almost went past.”
“Very pleased with the service we received from Maple Parking Express Park &Ride T2. I believe your vehicle is scanned by a camera as you go through the entry as a record of it's condition - but not 100% sure,as wasn't told this. Booking in was very straightforward. Fast transfer to T2. On our return, a minibus was waiting for us, so no hanging around. Collection was smooth. Great service all round. Staff polite and friendly. Would recommend.”
