“The drop-off was fine, it was the pick-up that was the problem.
1. They couldn't find our car.
2. The car had an additional 8 miles on the clock. Why? The car must have been off-site - was it parked off-site? We did not expect that to happen.
3. The radio station had been changed, plus other controls that did not need to be changed to drive the car.
We will not use Maple Parking again so, if that's the only parking at Heathrow through APH, we will, regretably have to look elsewhere (great shame).”
“I was a little apprehensive of using Maple Parking at LHR however, the reviews tempered this apprehension and the processes of dropping off and collecting my car completely removed it.
The drop off site was not that easy to find but on arrival, the process was slick and fast. Your car is left in a 'waiting area' until registration is complete. later that day your car is moved to the main car park (I was tracking my car and it didnt move again). At drop off you are also given a card with your personal details on and the process for collection. All extremely useful and very clear. The shuttle to the terminal was about 10 mins and in an almost new shuttle bus.
Collecting my car some 28 days later was equally as slick and fast. I went direct to the pick up point that the card given on drop off indicated. Less than 5 mins later I was on the bus and 10 mins after that I was given my car keys.
In summary, Maple Parking is a professional organisation, its processes are slick, the security of your car is extremely good and the cost is extremely competitive. I unequivocally recommend Maple Parking - I will be using them again.”
