“I was pleasantly surprised with the parking service, the bus transfer was quick and was waiting when I returned to Heathrow I would definitely use them again”
“I booked online and the booking instructions clearly stated to go to the T3 short stay car park (which I did). Upon arrival and via phone the attendants told me I had booked park and ride which I definitely hadn’t. This caused a delay and it took a while for them to figure out why the booking stated different to what they thought was a park and ride booking.
There was a suggestion that I would have to drive to the park and ride, which would have been unacceptable.
The pick up was smooth and car available to collect when I got back.”
