“The rapid charge is a welcome addition and if Aph did this I would be using them direct, but as aph does not have this product, I am forced to use MBW.
When booking,you cannot specify which terminal you are arriving at for the rapid charge product, which is a real frustration, so always confusion at the drop off.
Collected on Friday 12th December, 40 minute wait for collection unacceptable, unfortunately the other off airport parking operators are no better.”

“I had a poor experience with the customer service. MBW incorrectly booked me to arrive a Heathrow T5 even though they had my correct flight details with departure from T3. They wouldn't accept responsibility for their error - they kept me waiting at T3 for almost half an hour before they arrived to accept my car and then insisted that I pay for the car park ticket (£11.50). The man I spoke to was quite rude and a long way from apologising for the hassle they had caused me. I didn't have time to discuss it further as I was at risk of being late for my flight. It would have been so simple for them to admit their error and pay for the car park ticket, but instead he dug deep and left me out of pocket, late, and unhappy. I would avoid booking with them in future.”
