“First time user of MBW EV service for a new-to-me BMW i3s and it was great. I chose the park and charge service as I’m still a bit nervous about my EV range. When I was travelling to LHR the team gave me a call 30 mins ahead of my booked time so I didn’t have to fumble through my car phone integration, and the car was whisked away on arrival. Whilst I was away it was parked in MBWs hard standing yard near LHR (I could check with bmw connected drive and a backup AirTag), then fully charged to 100pc and ready for collection about 15 mins once I phoned on arrival. The service worked for me and I have booked again already. I fly mostly for work; this service is cheaper and just as convenient as the short stay I used to use, and coming home to a full charge is awesome!”
