“I recently used Parker 24/7, meet-and-greet parking service at Heathrow Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed. The booking process was straightforward and offered good value for money. The directions provided prior to arrival were clear and easy to follow.
When we arrived, the drop-off was seamless - within minutes, we had handed over the car and were just a short 2 minute walk from the terminal. The whole process was simple and efficient.
On our return, the communication was excellent. Our car was ready and waiting for us, and we were able to leave the airport quickly without any issues. Everything was streamlined from start to finish, making the experience stress-free.

“Ovrerall the service offered by Parkair was very good.
The drop off went very smoothly, instructions were clear, and the staff meeting us efficient.
The pick up wasn't quite so smooth, in that we had to wait quite some time for our car as it had encountered heavy traffic whilst travelling from the holding site to the drop off point.
In fairness to Parkair, they did keep me updated, with calls from the manager updating me as to the progress of the vehicle.
I was also offered a discount on my next drop off with them.
The car was returned to me with courtesy and apologies.
I would definately use Parkair again, as the delay in returning the vehicle was solely down to unusual haevy traffic issues and they took the time to keep me perdonally updated.”
