“Despite following the Parkair 24/7 instructions to the letter there was nobody at the Terminal 4 short stay car park when I arrived with my car and had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to turn up.
On my return to the UK I again followed their instructions to the letter and this time the wait was 45 minutes. They claim to have a good monitoring system of flights landing but they clearly take no notice of it. I would not recommend this company.”
“Great service, and easy to use, there was somebody waiting for me, when I dropped my car off and it was back within 10 minutes if clearing customs on my return, would happily use again.”
