One minor complaint is that they ask you to phone 30 minutes before you arrive at the car park, which is difficult if you are driving alone.”
“I used Parkair 24/7 for 16 days, arriving back to the country early January. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.
The waiting time for my car was unacceptable. I waited for nearly an hour, which was far longer than I was told I would have to wait. When I asked about the delay, the staff was unhelpful.
I was also disappointed with the customer service. The staff was rude and dismissive. They did not seem to care about my concerns.
To make matters worse, I contacted Parkair 24/7 to complain about the long waiting time. Once I provided evidence that I had waited for nearly an hour, they failed to respond to my complaint.
Overall, I would not recommend Parkair 24/7 to anyone. The long waiting times, negative customer service, and failure to respond to complaints appropriately make it a company that I would not use again.”
“Outstanding service and very good value. A representative was available as soon as we arrived and the handover was quick. Similarly, on our return, the car was ready for us and the handover again took very little time. I was particularly impressed by the staff - they were courteous and friendly - really good ambassadors for the company.”
