“We were a little anxious allowing our pride and joy to be driven by someone we didn't know and being parked off site, but needn't have been. We have used this service twice now without issue. Drop off process is straight forward - if anything there is almost too much up front communication. Only downside is on return have to allow 15-20 minutes after collecting your bags before you are reunited with your vehicle - it would be great if it was there already waiting for you .”
“Vehicle drop off and collection at Heathrow T2 was very easy. The vehicle was OK when returned but was splattered with mud which may indicate it had been parked on grass.”

“I have used ParkAir LHR Meet & Greet in the past becuse it is advertised by APH. On the last recent occasion on collecting my car on 2 March 2026, I was very disappointed at it's filthy state - it had clearly been kept in a muddy field as visible from the dirt on the tyre walls and general condition of the bodywork. I doubt I will use them again.”
