It’s the poor light and low res used so absolutely no chance of even identifying issues and to top it all we waited nearly 50mins for our car , said it was traffic , but they boast technology for tracking flights so you car is ready, we called when our luggage arrived and was told 30 mins ! How does that work ?”
“Could not get any answer to phone on return from holiday. Took 20 mins to finally get a call back and then another 20 mins for car to be returned. Very poor service.”
