“No presence at the car park had to wait for a driver for more than 20 minutes despite speaking to them prior to arrival outbound and after collecting luggage inbound as per instructions. When the driver did arrive he said that he was extremely busy due to the number of flights. This is Heathrow and they know how many bookings they have. Will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.”

“I recently used APH for airport parking and, unfortunately, encountered some issues upon my return. After landing, I had to wait an hour for my car, only to find that the wrong vehicle had been sent to the terminal. This was frustrating, especially after a long journey.
However, after raising my concerns, I spoke with Subegh, who was extremely professional and amicable. He listened to my experience and took the initiative to resolve the issue, arranging a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. While the initial delay was disappointing, I appreciate the customer service I received in rectifying the situation.
Overall, the experience had its challenges, but the way the issue was handled was commendable. I hope improvements are made to prevent similar situations in the future.”
“Super happy with the overall service of Parkair 24/7 - Clear instructions sent a day or two before travel. Somebody met us to collect the car almost immediately after parking up, took multiple images of the condition of my car before driving it away and then sent confirmation of when my car was in storage. We also had a great experience upon arriving back to Heathrow - Phoned to let them know once we had collected our baggage and found my car to be ready for collection when we got to the pick-up point (10/15 mins after making the call). Car was in the same condition I left it in. Extremely happy, would definitely recommend!”
